Systolic and Diastolic

Systolic is a measurement of the force of blood the walls of blood against the walls of  arteries, veins, and the chamber of heart as the heart relates. Systolic has the highest pressure. Diastolic is a measurement of the lower pressure reached as the hearts relaxes. Diastolic has the lowest pressure. Blood pressure is another indicator of the heart's ability to pump blood through the body. For Example if the blood pressure is 125/85, 125 is the Systolic because it has the highest numbers. 85 is the Diastolic because it has the lowest number. Systolic and Diastolic is measure is called Sphygmomanometer. Sphygmomanometer is a device. Sphygmomanometer has two types of devices, Manometric and Digital.

This relates to biology. Systolic has the highest pressure. Diastolic has the lowest pressure.

What if  the systolic and diastolic are low? Is their a another way that systolic and Diastolic can be High or not? Can systolic and Diastolic can be balance or not?
